Guided tour of the construction site

On Friday, 20th September, 2013, at 3.00 pm a guided tour of the Mc2 building site in Via XI Settembre in Bondeno will be organised.

The development is a residential complex consisting of 4 independent units constructed using prefabricated wooden frame wall technology, the buildings will be equipped with the latest systems in order achieve an A + energy class rating (heat pumps, VMC air treatment system, sunshades, photo-voltaic system).

The following parties will be present on site:

• Eng. Paolo Armani, professor of environmental and mechanical civil engineering at the University of Trento;
• ILLEN snc of Condino TN – the company responsible for designing, manufacturing and assembling the supporting structure;
• SILLA sas – the company responsible for carrying out additional construction work (foundations, insulation, doors and windows);
• Mc2 – the estate agent that commissioned the work.

It will be possible to visit the building site and obtain all the necessary information regarding the various design, executive and commercial aspects from the above mentioned parties.

See below for a series of images of the assembly phases and the renderings of the supporting structure (the work on assembling the structure began on Monday 2nd September, and the basic supporting structure will have been completed by the date of the tour).
